Words with initial capital letters in these Terms have specific meanings defined below. These definitions apply equally in singular and plural contexts.

Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with a party, where “control” denotes ownership of fifty percent (50%) or more of voting shares.

Country refers to: United States.

Company (also “We,” “Us,” or “Our”) refers to ProvaDent.

Device means any electronic device that can access the Service, such as a computer, smartphone, or tablet.

Service refers to the ProvaDent website.

Terms and Conditions (also “Terms”) mean this agreement, governing your use of the Service and forming the entire contract between You and the Company.

Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will end immediately.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProvaDent and its suppliers’ entire liability under these Terms and your exclusive remedy shall be limited to the amount you have paid through the Service or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100) if you have made no purchases. In no event shall ProvaDent or its suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service—even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusions of implied warranties or limits on liability for consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by law.

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without any warranties, express or implied. ProvaDent, its Affiliates, licensors, and service providers disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising under them shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Your use of the Service may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.
